RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Chevi , we're committed to your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, our support team will handle the entire process, so don't worry, it's very straightforward!

Steps to Process a Return or Refund :

  1. Start the process : Please follow the steps at this link: https://returns.itsrever.com/cheviclothing

  2. Product Condition : It is very important that the product is in the same condition as when you received it, with all packaging intact. We recommend taking a photo before returning it to expedite the process. If the product does not arrive in the same condition, we will not be able to process the return or refund.

  3. Refunds : Refunds take 2-3 business days to process after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Exceptions to the Return Policy :

  • Gift Cards : Gift cards are non-refundable, as are the products purchased with them.
  • Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund :
    • Caps : Because these products come from the United States, caps are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns for Failure to Claim the Order :
If your order has been returned to our logistics center because it was not claimed, you will have up to 14 days to contact us and have it reshipped.
