REFUND POLICY

New Collections:

Size exchanges may be made on garments from the most recent collections only. To find out which collection your garment belongs to, please contact contact@cheviclothing.com. We will provide you with a link to make the exchange or refund.

Past Collections and T-Shirts (Made to order products)

Note: As these are made to order products, our return policy requires us to refund or exchange the product only if it is mislabeled or defective. In no case we will proceed to a refund for wrong size or change of opinion.

*An exchange of size can only be made in the event that the garment has the wrong measurements, and exceeds our 5 cm margin stipulated in the size guide.



Before applying for any Refund please send an email to contact@cheviclothing.com, so we can attend you personally and understand the reason for dissatisfaction with the product, offering alternatives and solutions. The email must be accompanied by a photo and a brief description of the reason for the refund.

Sending
To return your product, you must first inform via email (contact@cheviclothing.com) the reasons for your return. Then, you will have to take care of resending it to the address: Calle Belisana 27, 28043, Madrid, Spain (in case the garment is from a past collection).

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Depending on your address, the time it takes for your product to be exchanged may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please understand that since this is a handmade product, the final result of the garment may not be exactly identical to the mock-up.


Reasons for ineligibility for refund

The product was worn, damaged or mistreated.

Material allergy.

More than 15 days have passed since receipt.

The size purchased is the wrong one (past collections).

Change of opinion on your order (past collections).



In the event that your order has been returned to our logistics center because you did not claim it, you will have up to 14 days to contact us for a new shipment of your order. If more than 14 days have passed since the item was returned to our logistics center, your garment will be donated to charity and you will not be able to claim your order.
